Snooker

The Ryecroft snooker room has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Recently refitted with a new cloth, the full size table and equipment provides members with excellent facilities to play and practice.

Light costs are only 20 pence for 13 minutes, that is less than £1 per hour.

If you are interested in playing competitive snooker, we run well supported tournaments throughout the year.

The two main events are the Spring tournament (running January to April) and the Christmas tournament (running from October to December).

Within each event there are separate tournaments for:
- Snooker
- Billiards
- Russian Pool

Tournaments are also split between level and handicapped, seniors and vets, singles and pairs, so there is something for everyone, whatever your standard of play.

Snooker membership is automatically included within a Tennis or Bowls membership, but is available separately for only £21 per year for those that don't participate in the other two sports.
